Job Summary
Drive new business across North America as a Business Development Representative for AESSEAL Group, prospect and qualify leads, build a robust pipeline, engage key decision-makers, and position AESSEAL products and services across Oil & Gas, Mining, and Chemicals industries. Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying leads, relationship-building with C-level stakeholders, consultative selling, CRM updates, territory planning, and collaboration with sales teams to ensure coordinated pursuit and market expansion. Requires industry knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute territory strategies while adhering to company policies and ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role in the sales/service industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategy
- Excellent customer process, assets, technology, knowledge and purchasing behaviors
- Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High energy, drive, initiative, and professionalism
- Working knowledge of Industry regulations and applicable certifications as required
- Experience selling to United States market preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, reporting, financial and negotiating skills
- Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets, pipeline growth
