Job Summary
Business Development Representative to drive outbound growth for the higher education sales team. Responsibilities include executing outbound cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to set appointments for Account Executives, collaborating with Sales Development on campaigns, researching prospects within the ICP, holding high-quality discovery calls to determine needs, maintaining accurate lead data in Salesforce, taking on special projects to improve appointment value, partnering with internal resources to grow in sales, and aligning with clients’ local time zones for outbound calls and meetings. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to overcome objections, a data-driven mindset, organizational and sales-process skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
