Job Summary
Primarily responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s sales and service goals. Essential duties include answering incoming phone calls per a preset script and scheduling sales or service appointments; logging customer comments into the Dealership Management System; following up on appointments; updating and maintaining customer data; communicating with the sales and service teams regarding appointment outcomes; posting and rescheduling as needed; and upholding CSI standards. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with dealership operations, ability to follow established processes, and adherence to company core values and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Automobile Salesperson License
- Previous customer service and/or business development experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dealership Management System (DMS)
