Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for outbound prospecting in healthcare and healthtech. Own a defined territory and build a repeatable outbound engine through calls, email, social, and product-led signals to target high-value medical practices, health systems, and executive stakeholders. Conduct in-depth research of target accounts to understand workflows and surface value, and deconstruct complex clinical/operational processes. Book high-quality meetings and handoffs to Senior Salespeople, while continuously testing messaging, targeting, and sequencing to outperform incumbents. The role involves collaboration with in-office teams and emphasizes ownership, accountability, and long-term growth in a fast-paced, equity-driven environment.
