Job Summary
Field-based Business Development Representative responsible for traveling across Idaho and Oregon to build partnerships with skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care facilities. You will engage facility decision-makers, present EverCare’s behavioral health services, negotiate and close partnership agreements, and coordinate initial patient activation with internal teams. This role emphasizes relationship-building with administrators, Directors of Nursing, social workers, and clinical staff; maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM; collaborate with clinical and operations teams for smooth onboarding and long-term partnership success; and operate in a true greenfield market with extensive travel and a mission-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of outside B2B field sales experience
- experience calling on long-term care facilities in Idaho or Oregon preferred
- ability and willingness to travel extensively
- strong interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder environments
- self-directed, organized CRM and pipeline management
- autonomous, performance-driven environment
