Job Summary

Hybrid Business Development Representative role in NYC or Boston. You will identify and generate new business opportunities, qualify needs, build relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to move leads through the pipeline. Responsibilities include lead generation across multiple channels, qualification and discovery to identify decision-makers, maintaining CRM records, conducting market research to inform sales strategy, and driving inbound/outbound outreach and product demonstrations. Must have B2B sales development/lead generation experience (cybersecurity SaaS preferred), strong communication and relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency (HubSpot a bonus), and willingness to travel ~20%. Compensation range $75k-$100k OTE with benefits and remote-friendly, hybrid work arrangement.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B sales development or lead generation role is required
  • Experience within a cybersecurity SaaS environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales automation tools (HubSpot a bonus)
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% (1-3 trips per quarter)
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
