The Business Development Representative will engage with founders of eCommerce startups in Germany to understand their funding needs and facilitate connections with the sales team. Responsibilities include prospecting potential customers through cold outreach, presenting Wayflyer as a growth partner, and building long-term relationships with clients. Ideal candidates are proactive, possess an ownership mentality, and have experience in fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in a fast-paced environment; previous startup experience is a plus
- Target driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
