Job Summary
Business Development Representative needed to grow software sales within the logistics domain at Transporeon (Trimble). The role requires at least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience, strong relationship-building and active-listening skills, and the ability to start and sustain lively conversations with clients. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and as part of an international team, possess a hunter mindset, and be capable of cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Sales to generate new business opportunities. Multilingual proficiency is required (English plus German and/or Dutch; Polish is a plus). The position offers a clear path to software sales roles (Future Sales Executive, Customer Manager, B2B Marketing Specialist) and emphasizes growth within a fast-paced environment. Remote work across Europe is available, with multiple country-location options indicated.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles
- experience in Logistics or SaaS Logistics is nice to have but not mandatory
