Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support the Service Department, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-ups. Use Dealership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to capture and follow up on service leads while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management and provide a friendly, professional, and high-energy experience on all calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional duties as assigned. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable with computer systems and internet use
