Job Summary
Business Development Representative (French-speaking) on-site in Benalmádena, Spain. Responsible for researching potential leads, making outbound calls and sending prospecting emails, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM records, tailoring messaging to industries, supporting campaign execution, tracking outreach metrics, and using AI-driven prospecting tools. Requires bilingual French/English communication, eagerness to learn about sales and AI-powered outreach, proficiency with CRM systems, and the ability to meet outreach goals. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 1+ year of outbound/customer outreach experience and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM are a plus. Full-time, permanent Spanish contract with standard hours in Benalmádena Costa.
