Job Summary
Field-based Business Development Representative responsible for driving new patient referrals to CSWD from physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers across Chevy Chase, Bowie, and surrounding Maryland markets. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with referring providers, manage and grow an existing referral account base, prospect for new opportunities, attend networking events and medical conferences, track activity using CRM tools, collaborate with leadership on territory strategy, and serve as a brand ambassador for CSWD.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Professional presentation and strong verbal communication skills
