Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Key responsibilities include conducting outreach via cold calling and email, managing CRM records, qualifying leads by understanding customer logistics challenges, and assisting in onboarding new accounts. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, resilience, and a desire for growth in a fast-paced environment, coupled with 1-2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage time, stay organized, and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with CRMs.

- Understanding of transportation modes, freight pricing, and supply chain basics.
