Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development, lead qualification, inside sales, or outbound prospecting
- Ability to manage a high volume of outreach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Federal/SLED market and public sector buying environments
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and track performance
- Self-starter with accountability and resilience
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and program stakeholders
