Job Summary
Key Accounts BDR responsible for driving US expansion, targeting national brands and large franchises. You will own end-to-end identification of complex organizations, map decision-makers, and secure high-value meetings for Key Account reps. Expect 80% outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and 20% focus on ensuring partnerships are positioned to expand, serving as a proving ground for future sales reps. Duties include Salesforce lead flow management, onboarding and activation of new stores, and collaborating with Business Development Managers to design tandem sequences to penetrate high-value targets. This role emphasizes proactive business development, pipeline generation, and cross-functional collaboration in a modern hybrid model with a Chicago hub and strategic growth within the US market.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development or sales (roles like BDR/BDR-Enterprise)
- Ability to conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Experience mapping decision-makers and securing meetings with large organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM lead/opportunity management
- Ability to onboard and activate new partners/stores
- Collaborative mindset to work with Business Development Managers on strategy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, strategic hunting environment
- Experience managing or coordinating with cross-functional teams
