Job Summary
Business Development Representative to qualify prospects, assess goals, align needs with respond.io product capabilities, and convert prospects into meetings with Account Executives. Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales Executives to drive pipeline across EMEA, creating personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders, delivering a world-class prospect and customer experience, becoming a product expert, maintaining meticulous CRM records of interactions, helping build scalable demand generation campaigns, and identifying improvements to optimize results. The role requires effective communication, relationship-building with potential clients, and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficiency in English and a proven sales-driven mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Articulate English with clear and concise spoken and written communication
- Commitment and strong desire to pursue a career in sales
- Consistent track record of overachieving
- Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator
- Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
- Great attitude and love for teamwork
