Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Hybrid Business Development Representative role combining inbound lead follow-up with outbound prospecting to drive pipeline growth. Responsibilities include responding to and qualifying inbound leads, proactively prospecting via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn, conducting discovery to understand prospect needs, delivering clear messaging, handling objections, managing high volumes of activities, researching target accounts, scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives, and maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce. Requires strong communication, time management, prioritization, and a results-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Experience in a quota-carrying or metrics-driven environment is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
