Job Summary
First point of contact in Germany to generate meetings and opportunities for Dayforce’s HCM solutions; prospect, engage decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events; collaborate with 3–4 sales colleagues to target accounts; manage tasks and campaigns in CRM/automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo); travel to events as needed; remote-friendly, highly proactive BDR role focused on outbound strategies and building relationships to drive SQLs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2-4 years of phone prospecting experience in a B2B/B2C environment preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com Lightning or similar CRM systems preferred
- Fluent German (C2) or native-level and good English
