Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for generating SQLs from scratch and initiating conversations with decision-makers to drive meetings or event attendance. Key duties include outbound cold calling, email outreach, webinars, social media engagement, and event participation; first point of contact with prospects; collaborate with 3-4 Sales Representatives; manage calendars, campaigns, follow-ups; leverage CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, Marketo) to streamline processes and track activity; travel occasionally for corporate and team meetings; build relationships via phone, LinkedIn, and email; stay up-to-date with Dayforce solutions and effectively communicate value proposition; remote-ready and able to operate in a virtual, German-focused market (Germany).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2-4 years of phone prospecting experience in a B2B/B2C environment (sales)
- Fluent/native German speaker (also proficient in English)
- Proven ability to perform against a territory plan and achieve goals
- Experience with Salesforce.com Lightning or similar CRM systems
- Strong prospecting, needs analysis, and opportunity development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual, work-from-home setting
- Experience with or knowledge of Marketo or marketing automation tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for corporate and team meetings
- Strong organizational skills and time management
