Job Summary
Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads by conducting 75 daily calls or emails, researching potential clients, and educating prospects before handing them to the sales team. Create target prospect lists, cold call generated leads, and answer incoming customer calls to direct them appropriately. Identify key players, obtain business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle. Set appointments for the Local Sales team when leads reach a qualified stage and nurture new marketing leads until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep. Monitor account creation to prevent duplicates and maintain accurate activity information in the CRM application. Work with a specified region to help grow sales while collaborating with the sales and marketing team on the strategic approach.
