Job Summary
Develop relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, and general contractors to grow market share; support multiple sales channels including direct retail, distribution, dealer networks, and turnkey building providers; train customers on technology platforms, systems, and product solutions; help customers understand metal building systems, product applications, and installation processes; identify and develop new business opportunities across various customer segments and markets; collaborate with internal teams to support customer success; provide high level of customer service and manage expectations; strong communication and relationship-building skills and experience in metal building systems, metal roofing, wall panels, or related construction products preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.
