Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, schools, physicians, psychologists, social workers, case managers, and community organizations to generate referrals for ABA services in New Jersey. Generate referrals and new client leads, represent the company at networking events and conferences, and conduct in-person visits to referral sources throughout New Jersey. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, maintain records of outreach activities and referral sources, provide updates on lead generation efforts, and collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support successful client onboarding. Promote the company's mission, values, and services within the community. Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential; ability to work independently with a flexible schedule and reliable transportation to travel across New Jersey. Experience in ABA, healthcare, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, marketing, healthcare, or community outreach experience preferred.
