Job Summary
Drive inbound sales growth for Codekeeper's SaaS Source Code Escrow platform by advising customers, building relationships, and delivering excellent service. Develop and execute email sequences, respond promptly to customer inquiries, identify and contact new leads through inbound channels, run platform demos to showcase product benefits, create and negotiate offers to close deals, and upsell value to active customers. Comfortable with leveraging various tech platforms, conducting A/B testing to optimize conversions, and collaborating with a growing, remote-first team.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address customer pain points
- Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms/tools
- Strong time management to prioritize and meet targets
- Positive, team-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Experience giving online product demos
