Job Summary
BDR role focused on census growth through strategic referral development in hospitals, detox/outpatient providers, EAPs, veteran groups, and treatment programs. Responsibilities include territory planning, regular in-person outreach and presentations, maintaining a referral pipeline, collaborating with Admissions and Clinical teams for smooth transitions, updating sources on patient outcomes (HIPAA-compliant), and achieving monthly referral/admissions/payer mix goals. Growth emphasis includes in-network/out-of-network strategy, payer system awareness, CRM tracking, and cross-department collaboration. Travel and field-based activities support community engagement, brand visibility, and regional campaigns, with a compensation range of $80k-$125k DOE and benefits including time off and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, outreach, or marketing within healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment settings
- Demonstrated success in territory management and relationship building
- Strong understanding of payer systems and referral development strategy preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Dazos preferred), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (implied by field-based travel in description)
