Job Summary
Business Development Representative at BrainStation responsible for driving growth of BrainStation’s digital-skills offerings through outbound outreach, inbound engagement, and community-building activities. Collaborates with product, learning design, and experience teams to iterate on and curate digital learning products; builds relationships with industry partners and organizations; conducts outbound calls, emails, and video conferences with prospective customers; leverages BrainStation’s revenue platforms and thought-leadership events to generate revenue and expand the customer base. Hybrid work in Toronto with global online engagement and a focus on education, technology, and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Outgoing, energetic, and engaging communication
- Strong collaboration with product, learning design and experience teams
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with industry partners and organizations
- Comfort with outbound outreach and use of CRM and sales platforms
