Job Summary
Conduct cold calls and emails to decision-makers at top accounting firms across North America, with occasional follow-up to conference and webinar registrants as a secondary focus. Attend trade shows and conventions virtually or in person, effectively qualify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline by moving prospects from lead to discovery to demo. Maintain your LinkedIn presence, promote marketing material, and connect with industry members while capturing activity in Salesforce and other engagement tools. Meet or exceed monthly KPI goals for scheduled meetings, demonstrations, and new pipeline creation. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Toronto at least three days per week, occasional travel, and eligibility to work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be on-site in Toronto at least 3 days per week
- Must be able to conduct cold calls and emails to decision-makers at top accounting firms across North America
- Must be able to attend trade shows and conventions as needed - virtually or in person
- Must be able to effectively qualify opportunities
- Must be able to manage and maintain sales pipeline - moving prospects from lead to discovery to demo
- Must be able to consistently capture activity in our CRM (Salesforce) and other engagement tools
- Must be able to meet or exceed monthly KPI goals created by your leadership team which will include meetings and demonstrations scheduled, and new pipeline created
- Must be comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and stay ahead of industry trends
- Must be a trusted advisor who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Must be resilient and handle rejection with a growth mindset
- Must be driven and set ambitious goals for yourself
- Must have business acumen and be comfortable discussing product differentiators and value propositions with senior decision makers
- Must have intellectual curiosity and a willingness to try out new sales techniques
- Must be a team player with empathy for colleagues and customers
- Must be adaptable and flexible in approach and expectations
- Must be accountable and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get deep into the numbers, track down the data, and deliver on short timelines

- Must have experience in technology sales, or have transferrable skills from experience in a different industry
