Job Summary
Bureau is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts while managing the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include sourcing new leads, understanding customer needs, generating interest from key stakeholders, maintaining a prospect database, conducting online demos, and collaborating with sales teams. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in Business Development or Sales, experience in API-based SaaS industries, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of work experience in Business Development or Sales for API-based, fast paced/hyper growth SaaS companies
- Familiarity across the entire customer acquisition cycle
- Experience solving problems with minimal guidance and supervision
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn a technical product and deliver its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting BFSI, Tech, Fintech, Gaming industry segments
- Strong HubSpot or similar sales CRM experience
- Identify, fraud, and/risk or platform sales experience
