Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Identify and lead expansion in new markets geographically along with products and services for pump shop service contracts, and fiber and steel rod products; generate interest and sales leads by presenting to potential clients at industry trade shows and conferences; manage assigned key accounts and resolve service issues; coordinate sales efforts with marketing plans and initiatives; maintain relationships to transition new accounts to long-term clients; follow up on post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues; work with internal resources to address unsatisfied customers and support continuous improvement; stay current on industry, product, and market knowledge; operate in an office on-site at the ELS location with potential travel to client sites as needed; comply with safety, environmental, and export control requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of oil or related industry experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Excellent negotiation skills with proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Knowledge of the Oil industry and customer base and needs
- Self-motivated to achieve results with minimal direct supervision
- Computer literate with MS Office and ERP systems
