As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the front line of our growth engine, generating qualified meetings with healthcare leaders overwhelmed by missed calls and inefficiencies, hunting, qualifying, and opening doors so Account Executives can close deals. You’ll learn to prospect like a pro, pitch like a consultant, and build a sales career at rocket speed, using outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, with CRM proficiency (Attio) to manage leads and target accounts. This role emphasizes outbound, qualification, messaging, and rapid progression from SDR to AE, in a fast-growing AI healthcare startup with a remote-friendly setup based in Paris/France.
