Job Summary
Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting enterprise and captive brand sales; responsibilities include managing inbound leads, proactive outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipeline and booked meetings, maintaining up-to-date CRM records in Apollo and Salesforce, coordinating handoffs to Enterprise Account Executives and brand implementation, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines throughout the sales process. Requires experience with outbound sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), strong written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple prospecting programs, and familiarity with restaurant/hospitality tech or franchise/multi-unit operator environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with 1–2 days in office in Los Angeles.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales engagement platforms — Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Experience in or strong familiarity with the restaurant, QSR, hospitality technology, or franchise/multi-unit operator space is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
