Job Summary
Drive prospecting through inbound and outbound channels to generate qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team; build and manage a pipeline of healthcare organizations; partner with sales/operations leaders to target key accounts; qualify and nurture prospects through the buyer's journey; leverage database tools for discovery and outreach; travel up to 10% as needed. The role supports healthcare revenue management initiatives and requires experience with CRM tools and effective written communication with senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales
- Strong prospecting, research, and pipeline management capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated, organized, open to coaching, and driven to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 10%
