Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and collaboration with internal teams. Key responsibilities include engaging customers via multiple communication channels, managing quotations, recommending solutions to meet customer needs, supporting new customer acquisition, and maintaining ownership of customer opportunities. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have 2-3 years of related experience, along with strong skills in sales operations, communication, and time management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of work experience, ideally within a Sales, Customer Service, or Purchasing Organization.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems including Customer Service platforms, ERP, Warehouse Management, and Business Intelligence tools.
