Job Summary
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and case managers to connect patients with home healthcare services. Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate new referrals and grow existing accounts across Southern New Hampshire. Conduct in-person sales calls, networking visits, educational presentations, and community outreach activities while tracking sales activity and business development efforts using CRM tools. Represent Interim HealthCare at community events and professional networking opportunities to expand market share. Manage your territory with autonomy and a flexible schedule, utilizing valid transportation to travel throughout the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, home health, hospice, medical services, or related industries
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Southern New Hampshire
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of referral sources, healthcare systems, and reimbursement models is strongly preferred
