Business Development Representative (BDR) DACH Region

Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be the first point of contact between beqom and potential customers in the DACH region. Responsibilities include generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling, qualifying inbound leads, engaging senior HR, Finance, and business leaders at mid-market and enterprise levels, partnering with Account Executives to build and progress pipeline, and continuously testing new approaches and messaging to improve results. Candidates should have 1–3 years of SaaS/B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, curiosity and resilience, a proactive mindset, and be based in Germany with the ability to work from the office three days per week. Bonus points for experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, Outreach, Nooks, or similar tools; willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches."
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales (BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to learn
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your pipeline
