Job Summary
Be the first outbound touchpoint for potential customers as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH region. Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling, qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals, and engage senior HR, Finance, and business leaders at mid-market to enterprise organizations. Collaborate with Account Executives to build and advance the pipeline, while continuously testing new approaches, messaging, and tools to improve results. This role requires 1–3 years of SaaS/B2B sales experience, strong communication with senior decision-makers, curiosity and resilience, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to own the pipeline. Based in Germany with the ability to work from the office three days per week, with remote options in a hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales (BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to learn
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your pipeline
- Based in Germany with the ability to work from the office three days per week
