Business Development Representative (BDR) DACH Region

Job Summary
Beqom is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH region to generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling, qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals, and engage senior HR, Finance, and business leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will partner closely with Account Executives to build and progress the pipeline, continuously test new approaches and messaging to improve results, and contribute to the US outbound motion. Key skills include SaaS/B2B sales experience, strong communication with senior decision-makers, curiosity and resilience, and ownership of the pipeline. The role is based in Germany with the ability to work from the office three days per week, with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales (BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to learn
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your pipeline
- Based in Germany with the ability to work from the office three days per week
