Job Summary
Field-based Business Development Representative in Chicago, IL tasked with in-person outreach to physician practices, health systems, and pediatric providers to drive partnership growth for Manatee's mental health solutions. Responsibilities include onsite visits, cold calls and email campaigns, onboarding referral partners, CRM management, territory planning for Chicago, collaborating with Head of Growth on messaging, and achieving outbound/outcome metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Chicago-based location (required for daily field visits to physician offices)
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer success (healthcare or field sales experience is a huge plus)
- Field sales experience: Comfortable with in-person selling and building relationships face-to-face in professional settings
- Proficiency with tools: Prior experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is preferred
- Self-management skills: You can effectively manage your own schedule, territory, and time working independently in the field
- Collaborative and self-starting attitude: You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable with autonomy, and are eager to contribute to team goals
- Mission-driven perspective: You're passionate about improving mental health care for families and excited to align with Manatee's values
Desired Qualifications
