Job Summary
Outbound-focused Business Development Representative at Cloudflare responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities, initiating outbound calls to introduce Cloudflare products/services, qualifying leads, building relationships, and handing off qualified opportunities toSales. You’ll collaborate with sales/marketing, manage CRM data, and aim to meet/exceed KPIs (e.g., outbound calls, targeted emails, and opportunities per week). Hybrid work in Austin, TX (three days in-office per week) and willingness to travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6mos-1 year of professional working experience
- Minimum 6 mos-1 year of experience in a sales or business development role with outbound prospecting or lead generation
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with Outreach.io or Salesloft
- Ability to travel within and outside the United States and/or Canada as required
- Foundational knowledge of computer networking and how the Internet works
- Effective communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
