Job Summary

Identify and develop leads, convert cold contacts into qualified opportunities, organize and participate in expos to showcase AvaHR's concepts, network with potential leads, and gather industry insights. Independently develop, negotiate, and qualify new leads and convert them into opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to incorporate feedback and insights. Clearly summarize KPIs and insights for executive leadership. Bring knowledge in hiring, recruiting, and team building to act as a subject matter expert and leader within AvaHR, contributing innovative concepts to customers. The role focuses on growing qualified leads for B2B opportunities and requires 2+ years of sales experience, integrity to say no to unsuitable deals, ownership and drive, strong written and verbal communication, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience with qualifying leads
  • Proficient in writing both technical and conversational
  • Ability to balance essential and impactful negotiating and prospecting
  • Self-motivated to find solutions to problems
  • Professional, friendly, and patient
  • Strong ownership, drive, and solution-mindedness
