Job Summary
Autodesk Construction Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the ASEAN region. Responsibilities include identifying top-priority accounts, building a high volume of inbound/outbound prospecting calls, conducting discovery sessions, educating potential customers on ACS benefits, scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives, and collaborating with marketing and sales leadership. The role requires strong experience in sales development or similar roles, outbound/cold-calling experience, comfort with technology/SaaS, a proven quota track record, customer focus, teamwork, and construction-SaaS domain knowledge is a plus. The position is described as hybrid in APAC (Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur) with English and Vietnamese language requirements and a emphasis on becoming proficient with Salesforce and prospecting tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles
- Experience in an outbound or cold-calling sales environment
- Experience with technology, SaaS, and the construction space
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Customer-focused and a team player
- Looking to build a career in sales
- Construction industry knowledge or experience in SaaS sales is considered an asset
- Focused, with a track record of overcoming obstacles
