Job Summary
BDR role focused on generating meetings and building pipeline by identifying and engaging key prospects through inbound follow-up, outbound to target accounts, and self-sourced prospecting. Responsibilities include converting inbound leads, prospecting assigned targets, multichannel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn), high-volume activity (80-100+ calls per day, 60-75 new contacts per week), researching accounts, tailoring messaging, building account POVs, and collaborating with Account Executives. Requires comfort with phone-first sales, engaging senior stakeholders, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, and a willingness to continuously optimize plays and messaging. Location is Austin, TX with hybrid in-office 1-2 days per week; remote-first approach for this role.
