Job Summary
Drive business growth by consistently increasing the client census and meeting or exceeding established sales targets. Generate client referrals from professional sources by calling healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to secure sales for Home Care Staffing. Strengthen relationships with existing referral sources while delivering compassionate problem resolution to clients and caregivers. Educate supports coordination organizations regarding AmeriBest services and participate in community marketing opportunities. Represent the agency professionally within the healthcare community, ensuring compliance with all policies, HIPAA standards, and ethical conduct requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ years of sales experience required
- 1+ years of customer service experience required
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of recent experience in a home care agency, marketing role, or other healthcare field
- Previous experience working with consumers, the elderly, and their families
- Experience with the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid) and home care waiver programs
- CHC home care experience
- Familiarity with one or more major web-based home health database software programs
- experience with HHAeXchange
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
