Job Summary
Business Development Representative in a hybrid role based in Austin, focused on qualifying prospects, generating sales-ready meetings for Account Executives, responding to inbound leads, and developing outbound strategies. You’ll collaborate on territory planning, create target lead lists, execute cold outreach, work with marketing on event and webinar campaigns, and articulate Airtable’s value to potential customers. The role requires understanding the customer’s day-to-day responsibilities, pains, and challenges, running qualification calls, testing outbound strategies, and building product knowledge to support a growing sales organization.
Required Qualifications
