Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients, conducting outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach), qualifying leads, and scheduling product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales Managers. Maintain accurate CRM records, nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead-generation campaigns. Meet or exceed monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting goals while staying informed on industry trends and company offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and emails
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
