Job Summary
Proactive BDR to support the sales team in lead generation and outbound outreach. You’ll identify target companies, reach decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls for the founders/sales team. Responsibilities include building targeted prospect lists, running outreach via LinkedIn/email/WhatsApp, qualifying leads (need, urgency, decision-maker, budget), ensuring clean handovers, maintaining CRM/Notion pipeline hygiene, capturing market patterns, and supporting the sales library with snippets and short pitch messages. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales in an AI consultancy and may include varied duties as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to new people
