Job Summary
Develop target accounts for prospecting and qualify inbound/outbound leads to generate new opportunities for the sales team. Conduct research on inbound leads and target accounts to add key contacts to the CRM, maintain data integrity through CRM data cleanup, and achieve meeting goals on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to drive prospecting efforts, follow up on leads, and execute email/cold-call outreach to nurture relationships and book meetings. Requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience using CRM tools and a proven track record in sales activities. Hybrid remote work arrangements are supported.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong drive and a determined sales approach
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and/or iMIS)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred
