Job Summary
BDR for Adobe's Corporate Creativity & Productivity sales development team; serve as the first line of contact with prospects, qualifying and developing target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. Prospect, educate, qualify, and nurture accounts through calls, emails, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline that drives revenue growth. Collaborate with Marketing to improve demand-generation efficiency and participate in creating and iterating team processes. Requires 6+ months of lead generation in a high-growth SaaS environment, a comfort with ambiguity, and strong communication skills across writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling. A SaaS/inside-sales background with proficiency in social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred. The role emphasizes a structured, outbound approach to hitting and exceeding activity and revenue goals, with a focus on building relationships with prospects and booking meetings daily.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of lead generation for a high-growth SaaS business; Inside Sales experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication, including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling
- Phone-first approach; be ready to cold call and book meetings daily
- A history of exceeding goals
- Great understanding of social media and vehicles including LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, and monitoring tools
- Grit and ambition
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
