Job Summary
Drive new business growth for ECAM's security solutions across the Lower Mainland by prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and in-person meetings; manage pipeline, qualify leads, develop proposals, and move opportunities through sales cycle; collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience; consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; present ECAM's intelligent security solutions, including live video monitoring, AI-powered surveillance, and Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs); build relationships with industries including construction, commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, property management, and light industrial; maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline forecasting; travel within the Lower Mainland as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, business development, customer-facing, or prospecting experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation required.
