Job Summary
Field-based Business Development Representative responsible for daily field prospecting and cold calling to generate new business, build a pipeline, identify customer needs, present TW solutions, and close small to mid-sized deals; will support larger opportunities with Senior Sales Representatives, conduct onsite product introductions and solution discussions, maintain CRM activity and opportunity tracking, and follow up to move deals through the pipeline; growth path includes 6–12 months to become an independent seller with territory ownership on the West Coast.
