Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to increase awareness of medical group offerings and drive referrals. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, clinic managers, and hospital administrators, while delivering educational resources and presentations. Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports, ensuring all interactions adhere to healthcare compliance laws. Collaborate with internal marketing, medical, and administration teams to align efforts with business strategy. Requires five years of medical sales experience, two years in personal injury sales, and two years in workers' compensation sales. Full-time role with a driver's license required and willingness to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in medical marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Medical Sales/Marketing: 5 years
- Personal Injury Sales: 2 years
