Job Summary
Senior-level Business Development Representative for Payments within the SMB Payments organization. Responsible for cultivating new business opportunities in the Business Banking portfolio, self-sourcing client opportunities through referral networks, and serving as a trusted advisor to recommend banking and payment processing solutions. Conducts calls with prospects and existing Chase clients via a remote Hub-based model, analyzes and prices Chase products for profitability, negotiates to close business, and collaborates with internal partners to ensure successful implementation and product ramp-up. Must adhere to risk-management and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC). Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with at least 3 years of B2B sales/relationship management experience. The role supports relationship-building with clients and internal partners and requires strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a business-to-business sales or relationship management role
- At least 3 years of related business development experience
